Join Us To Make A Difference

There's a lot going on in Highcliffe and Walkford right now, especially since the creation of our parish council two years ago.

We are working to revitalise the high street, formulating a vital neighbourhood plan, managing our important playing fields and open spaces, lobbying on planning matters and holding BCP Council to account.

And that's just part of what we do!

But we need more parish councillors to be part of the team and help us make Highcliffe and Walkford an even better place to live, work, shop and socialise – for all our residents and businesses. So…

  • Would you like to help?
  • Are you over 18 years of age?
  • Are you keen to represent the views of your neighbours?
  • Are you community minded?
  • Would you like to make a difference to our community?
  • Would you like to find out more?

If so, please send your details explaining in your own words why you think this might be for you. Write to the Parish Clerk, Trish Jamieson, 254 Lymington Road, Highcliffe, BH23 5ET or email her at

The closing date is 16th May 2021 after which parish council chairman Bob Hutchings or vice chairman Andy Martin will be in touch to tell you more and answer any question you might have.

Team up with our team
